Job SummaryKodiak Interiors Group is growing & seeking an experienced, creative & fun individual to join our Marketing team.
This position is based out of our Arizona company Arizona Appliance & Home. The Events Coordinator will have
feet-on-the-ground responsibilities for scheduling and executing events for our 3 soon to be 4 Arizona based
locations. This position would report to our Phoenix Arizona Appliance & Home location located at 2020 E
University Dr. Phoenix. An ideal candidate should have flexible hours including nights and weekends (as necessary), be willing to travel in and out of state, have basic social media knowledge, and have ample experience planning
and coordinating events. This individual should be familiar with or have relevant experience using eventregistration software such as Constant Contact and should be comfortable working with a team.
General Accountabilities- Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
- Travel in and out of the state is required.
- Content development in Arizona includes taking photos and recording videos for marketing use.
- Basic social media responsibilities.
- Event coordination includes communicating with venues, vendors, talent, rental companies’ Chefs,
- Event set up and tear down including, but not limited to, shopping, decorating, moving tables, furniture,
- Events clean up including, but not limited to, washing dishes, cleaning, removing trash, bussing tables etc.
- Event staff accountabilities such as greeting /checking in guests, coat check, bartending, and other general
- Set up and tear down the Mobile Showroom and Mobile Event Activations.
- Creates and distributes event registration emails using Constant Contact.
- Communicates details pertaining to events to the feet-on-ground team members for KIG companies in
- Works with location Managers to schedule events.
- Works with location Managers to staff events.
- Works with location Managers to create event invite lists.
- Performs additional marketing/event-related tasks as assigned including basic graphic design using tools
- Performs business development duties as assigned including, but not limited to, delivering treats or flyers
events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by the Director, Events Manager, or other
- Schedules and prioritizes workloads by setting appropriate deadlines.
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks as assigned related to marketing and events.

- Kitchen Showroom - Exposure to live kitchen and laundry appliances.
- Events may be outdoors, exposure to heat, cold and weather is a possibility.
- Crowded areas during events such as busy event venues with confined or restricted spaces.
- Standard office space, with desk, printer, copier, fax, etc.
Pay Rate: $ 62,500-70,000 DOE
