As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide end-to-end technical support to our employees, ensuring efficient operations across all departmental functions. You will be the first point of contact for employees facing technical difficulties and will liaise with other IT team members to expedite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-level contact and resolution to customer issues.
  • Tracking, routing, and redirecting issues to correct resources.
  • Walking clients through problem-solving protocols.
  • Utilizing and maintaining the help desk tracking software.
  • Testing fixes and performing post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues have been adequately resolved.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 administration and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
