We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in a city in Maryland. The role is within the industry and will be situated at a workplace in the heart of the city.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing and acting upon applications and their supporting materials such as proof of identification, income verification, and household ownership documents.
- Utilizing interpersonal communication skills to interact with applicants, retrieve additional information where necessary and clarify any illegible details.
- Communicating application results to applicants in a detail oriented and courteous manner, providing referrals for other resources when required.
- Inputting hardcopy application information into a computer software management program, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of electronic records.
- Leveraging skills in Fair Housing and Performing Calculations to determine age and income eligibility from the provided documents.
- Scanning documents and maintaining an organized and updated system of electronic records.
- Being present in the office, located at the city center, for an average of four days weekly, adhering to the working hours of 8:30AM - 4:30PM. • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and principles
- Ability to perform calculations with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in managing electronic records and databases
- Proficiency in document scanning and digital file management
