Join our client as a Customer Service Representative, handling inbound calls from customers to assist with issue resolution, quoting prices and scheduling services, as well as collecting and reconciling payments when needed. Our client ensures you have the tools, support, and training needed to deliver a delightful experience to every customer.

Must have at least 1 year of call center experience, and a background in collections is preferred (but not required!)

salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Provide positive customer experiences to encourage continued use of HomeTeam Pest Defense services.
  • Regularly communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, answer questions, provide pricing, and schedule services.
  • Initiate new services and interact with prospects/customers, scheduling pest and builder-related services using Route Point software.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding service, billing, and invoices, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Enter service-related notes and updates into the system, ensuring accurate customer and technician records.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for re-treats, initial services, and as directed for current customers.
  • Maintain customer files, both digital and physical, and validate and file technician paperwork.
  • Print, distribute, and review service tickets for technicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Escalate issues to management as necessary and assist in calming and diffusing angry customers.
  • Collect and reconcile payments received by technicians and ensure proper adherence to company procedures.
