Our nonprofit client in Washington, DC is hiring for a temporary Program Coordinator. This is a hybrid position and it is expected that the selected candidates is in office 1-2 days per week. The contract is expected to run through the end of January 2025.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s voter registration, education, and mobilization activities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of project implementation experience and a successful candidate must be able to maintain a nonpartisan approach to people and projects.

salary: $25 - $26.99 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Support relevant staff on various election-related projects, including an emphasis on reaching underrepresented voters
  • Support department leads in coalition and partner organization engagement, special events, and large projects
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance (particularly with webinar software and/or voter file database) to other staff as well as to state and local Leagues
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and assigned public mailboxes in accordance with general guidance provided by department leads
  • Support grant tracking and reporting
  • Help generate Google Analytics reports
  • Support election and project specific data collection and analysis
