We are looking to add a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to our team in Livingston, New Jersey. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and leveraging Microsoft Excel for planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative teams in various stages of campaign development
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data and marketing trends
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across various platforms
  • Collaborate with sales team to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy in all processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity
  • Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
