Our esteemed client is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing and improving the company’s customer service operations, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Manager will lead and motivate a high-performing customer service team, develop protocols to improve customer services, promote company values, and shape an effective customer service culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team.
- Implement and review policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and arrange on-going training for customer service team.
- Liaise with company management to support and implement customer service objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, with at least 2 in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
