Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager in our team, you will oversee and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and a highly organized professional to coordinate between stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and change orders for projects.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on commercial interior fit-out projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including budget management, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Experience working with design teams, architects, and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior construction materials, finishes, and processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on commercial interior fit-out projects.
