Hydromat Operator

SUMMARY: The Hydromat Operator is responsible for all set up, inspection, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and proper usage of all Hydromat machines(link removed)>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets up and operates Hydromat machines
  • Interchanges cutting tools within the Hydromat machine
  • Monitors and maintains fluid levels within Hydromat machine
  • Cleans Hydromat machine before and after use as needed
  • Operates crane for Hydromat setup
  • Produces parts to Dimensional Control Plan (DCP)
  • Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by companys QMS (ISO)
  • Reports quality updates to supervisor as needed
  • Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures, including the setup procedure list
  • Follows all internal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or Experience - 2-3 years manufacturing experience with Hydromat
preferred, 5 years with on the job training or crane preferred, IQMS preferred but not
required
  • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, utilize in-house ERP system
