Responsibilities:
Your Role:
As part of the Information Technology Organization, the Business Continuity & Crisis Manager is responsible for supporting the development of comprehensive business continuity strategy, programs/plans for the continuum of operations, and all aspects of crisis management.
In this role, you will manage all business continuity lifecycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing, plan maintenance and updates. You will manage the Cyber Business Continuity Program including all plans and documentation, lead organization-wide training and testing of documented Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Communication Plans.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!- Partner with key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions utilizing program development frameworks, program/project management skills and change management principles.
- Engage leaders and cross-functional teams through effective collaboration in order to effectively lead key program components and new initiatives/projects.
- Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications in order to drive visibility, clarity, alignment & decision making.
- Lead the development, testing and implementation of large complex enterprise initiatives.
- Gather requirements, define and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
- Drive execution within approved budget and timeline across all projects and activities within the program.
- Ensure RCP’s commitments to respect and inclusion are attained.
- Follow established procedures for tracking multiple projects concurrently.
- Create and implement a change management plan to ensure engagement and commitment from all key stakeholders.
- Develop effective measurements/ROI on all projects and report on progress on a regular basis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risk and proactively ensure obstacles are addressed to ensure project goals are met.
- Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure.

Qualifications:
We need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Consultative experience facilitating workshops, training, and testing events.
- Strong Project Management skills with experience leading initiatives/projects and facilitating workshops.
- Organizational Change management experience.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills/time management/ and managing multiple priorities.
Icing on the Cake:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain business process
- Business Continuity / Crisis Management experience.
- IT / Cyber Resiliency experience.
- Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.

Posted Salary Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /A
Bonus Eligibility:Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
