We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This role revolves around the accounting industry and entails the use of various accounting software systems. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be responsible for handling account analysis, processing accounting entries, and managing accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze accounting entries using accounting software systems
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV in maintaining and managing accounts
• Perform account coding for proper organization and easy tracking of financial information
• Utilize ERP solutions in managing accounting functions
• Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
• Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all accounting transactions
• Use account analysis skills to review and validate all account entries
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in account coding and account analysis.
• Proficiency in handling accounting functions and entries.
• Proficiency in using accounting software systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV.
• Experience in working with ERP Solutions.
• Experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable (AP).
