We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Rochester, New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the human services industry. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, improving quality, and performing routine audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the agency's leadership.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments as needed, ensuring all attendees receive necessary information regarding meeting location.
  • Use your auditing skills to ensure that all procedures and policies meet regulatory standards.
  • Utilize your customer service skills to resolve any inquiries and maintain a high level of service. • Proficient in auditing processes, with a focus on operational audits and regulatory audits.
  • Experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance procedures and regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory policies and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory policies to maintain compliance.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
  • Attention to detail for thorough review of operations and processes.
  • Ability to generate reports detailing audit findings and recommendations.
  • Proactive in identifying potential areas of non-compliance.
