- Experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of corporate compliance procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with regulatory policies and reporting requirements.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory policies to maintain compliance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Attention to detail for thorough review of operations and processes.
