Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an Exciting Potential Opportunity for a Civilian RN Case Manager to join our team at Bremerton Naval Hospital in Bremerton, WA! As an RN Case Manager, you'll be a key player in driving patient care from assessment to implementation, creating continuity of care across all phases of the Case Management Program (CMP). Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative strategies to support case management through telephonic, onsite, inpatient, and outpatient services.

Job Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- Degree: Associates Degree of Nursing, graduated from an NLNAC- or CCNE-accredited institution.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as an RN Case Manager.
- Certifications: One or more from the following list, including but not limited to Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN/COHN-S), or Care Manager Certified (CMC).
- BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association).
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.
