Responsibilities Include:
- Provide basic nursing care
- Administer medications
- Monitor patient conditions
- Assist with daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active LPN license for the State of Vermont
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
- One year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred

Pay Details: $35.00 to $36.00 per hour
