Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and weekly cash analysis for investment vehicles.
- Approve payables and manage expenditure workflows across systems like NEXUS, Paymode-X/Kyriba, and MRI.
- Address internal and external inquiries promptly.
- Oversee monthly account roll-ups, reconciliations, and prepare Flash Reports for investment vehicles.
- Lead the quarterly close process, prepare financial statements, and manage investor reporting.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation, including handling related queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in real estate, development, multi-family, or private equity.
- Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to complex transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and thorough with follow-up tasks.
- Experience with MRI and Juniper Square is preferred.
