Apartment Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities :

Monitor and maintain the property grounds and common areas daily, ensuring a clean and inviting appearance.
Perform general repairs in apartments, including patching drywall, painting, repairing or changing locks, light plumbing tasks (sinks, drains), and minor electrical work (changing outlets and fixtures).
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by ensuring all necessary repairs and touch-ups are completed.
Respond to routine maintenance requests and address issues efficiently.
Conduct snow removal during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility.
Complete all work orders and tasks in a timely, professional manner
Attend to any needs or request afterhours on a rotational on-call basis
