Customer Service Representative - Robert Half

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing top-notch customer support for a pilot program and serves as the primary point of contact for participants. You will be responsible for handling various communication channels including text, chat, email, and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Help participants with technical matters such as app downloads, password resets, and login issues.
• Clearly explain the details of the program and the platform.
• Troubleshoot participant problems and offer timely solutions.
• Escalate any serious issue to appropriate internal teams.
• Keep track of all participant interactions to ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Proficiency in providing high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Competence in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
