Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and creating individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with ASD and other developmental needs.You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, goal-driven ABA services that lead to meaningful progress. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of ABA principles and experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) to identify each child’s unique needs and develop personalized BIPs.
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA programs that focus on skill acquisition, communication, social skills, and behavior reduction.
- Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress through data collection, ongoing assessments, and regular treatment plan modifications.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide training and resources for skill generalization across settings.
- Document and maintain detailed progress notes, reports, and treatment plans to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed on the latest research, techniques, and evidence-based practices in ABA and ASD.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective BIPs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
