MUST HAVES:
- 2 year of customer service experience
Description:
- Responding to incoming customer service and technical support calls
- Managing all inbound emails and on-line chats with customers
- Driving sales by providing technical part information, recommending replacement parts, looking for up-selling opportunities, providing pricing and accepting orders
Pay:
$25/hr
Shift:
This role is in office for 2 months then will go to twice a week, will then go WFH., Monday-Friday
