Collections Representative_CFS
Adecco is recruiting a B2B Collections Representative to join a hybrid team n Mount Laurel NJ.
This position is a potential Temp-to-Perm opportunity and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in collections.
As a B2B Collections Representative, you will be responsible for handling the collections process, ensuring the recovery of debts, maintaining professional relationships with clients, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections
- Required Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed service expectations
- Ability to handle collections in a professional and courteous manner
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collections process for outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients
- Ensure that all collections are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure debts are paid and accounts remain in good standing
- Report on collections progress and maintain necessary documentation

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
