Duties & Responsibilities: Creates and updates content and templates for current and new electronic communications. Reviews email bulletins, publishes updates as directed. Prepares, edits, maintains and files various documents. Distributes documents as directed. Schedules meetings and maintains meeting calendars.
Coordinates and updates the corporate events and fundraising calendars. Routes inquiries and issues to appropriate department personnel. Develops media lists, monitors news coverage and assists with press releases and media outreach activities.
Creates and maintains databases containing various information regarding communications documentation and files.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skils:Good facilitator. Strong marketing or branding experience. Strong SharePoint experience. experience with A e, Canva, and/or Veeva.
Learning & Development or Communication Change Management background. Generally, Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience Education Required: High School.Our client is a leading PharmaceuticalsIndustry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
