• Your primary role will involve reviewing and organizing new client files, negotiating insurance claims payments to clients, and preparing for litigation when necessary

• Superior communication skills and ability to provide impeccable customer service to all clients, providers, adjusters, and others you work with
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and correspondence during the pre-suit process to address their questions and concerns and to provide and obtain updates
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and healthcare providers to provide and obtain status reports as needed
• Gather and review medical and billing records
• Draft and send pre-suit settlement demands when appropriate to resolve claims pre-litigation
• Conduct timely follow-up on all outstanding documents/assignments and escalate when appropriate
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to other members of the department
• Ensure that new client files are opened correctly
