Job Description:

As a UI Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop modern, user-friendly interfaces for web applications.

Collaborate with UX designers, Product Owners, and backend developers to implement visual elements that users interact with.

Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code, ensuring the technical feasibility of designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI Developer.

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Solid hands-on experience in creating web applications using React JS and Redux

Experience in other JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Angular, React Native etc is a plus

Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / Figma.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
