Role Overview: The Systems Engineer Associate (SEA) plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the integrity of our IT infrastructure. This position also provides valuable support to the client experience team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems and document procedures.
- Support various IT teams and projects.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Work on problems with oversight and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Assist team with various projects

- Create and maintain troubleshooting procedure documentation and videos
