Property Supervisor

This position is ONLY on weekends with a long term schedule of Saturday-Sunday 10am-5pm. Please only apply if you can accommodate this schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate property maintenance checks, both interior and exterior, liaising with our team and external vendors.
• Conduct comprehensive property inspections, ensuring properties are in pristine condition prior to guest arrival.
• Oversee all housekeeping teams, with a focus on effective communication.
• Collaborate with our Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager to address any issues and input work orders.
• Serve as an on-site representative in the event of a guest needing assistance with property-related matters.
• Report to Operations Manager consistently about any property care needs.
• Facilitate all maintenance operations for each property and maintain communication with vendors, which includes Pest management and deep cleans.
• Utilize Property Management Software and CRM for efficient management of customer service and work orders.
• Be available to work on weekends with hours ranging from 10/11am - 5/6 pm, depending on the season.
• MUST work weekends
• MUST have a reliable vehicle with accessible transportation to and from downtown Santa Barbara
• Proficiency in using CRM and other property management systems
• Solid experience in commercial property management
• Comprehensive understanding of property management best practices
• Familiarity with various property management software
• Proven expertise in residential property management
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize work orders
• Capacity to provide clear and concise maintenance instructions
