Provide support by entering and validating policy data and insurance-related documents into applicable computer systems in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for Habitational Real Estate Operators & Investors Risks -- Apartment Buildings, Condominiums, Planned Communities, and other Commercially Managed Habitational Property business insurance policies.
Shall:
*** Enter insurance policies, insurance-related documents, and other transactions into applicable computer systems.
*** Search, update, assign, interpret, select, and code items to be entered or extracted from a database.
*** Implement all process and procedure changes set forth by the department manager to ensure production standards are met.
*** Assist in identifying and communicating system issues impacting production.
*** Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements or modifications.
*** Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, answering phones, assisting in other support functions or related departments.
