Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

About the Company: This company is a leading entity in the management of private equity fund-of-funds, focusing primarily on investments in early-stage venture capital and growth buyout partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee functions related to accounts payable: processing vendor invoices, validating accuracy, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
• Review expense submissions to ensure compliance with firm policies and manage expense systems.
• Maintain accurate cash records and relationship management with banks and accounts.
• Improve accounting procedures and internal control systems to streamline cash management function.
• Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements and handle other projects as requested by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA certification being a priority.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the VC/PE sector.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized multi-tasker with a commitment towards continual learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
