Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Develop, implement, and enforce project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically with ground-up projects
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+
- Strong Construction Management background (not just General Contractor experience)
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract negotiation, and project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
