Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion
• Develop, implement, and enforce project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically with ground-up projects
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+
• Strong Construction Management background (not just General Contractor experience)
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract negotiation, and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
