Attorney/Lawyer

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to be part of our team in BALTIMORE, Maryland. The successful candidate will be immersed in our public finance practice, focusing primarily on tax law. This role involves interpreting tax codes, drafting agreements, and creating tax documents.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply tax law provisions to diverse financial situations
• Draft comprehensive agreements in line with tax law regulations
• Develop tax documents ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Engage in client interactions to understand and address their legal requirements
• Contribute to our public finance practice with your expertise in 501(c)(3) and governmental financings
• Participate in detail oriented activities to stay updated with the latest legal trends
• Provide legal advice on complex tax issues and disputes
• Collaborate with team members on legal projects and cases
• Support other areas of law as needed, with a focus on corporate law. • Demonstrated proficiency in Tax Law
• Experience with 501C3 regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Public Finance sector
• Ability to draft and review legal agreements effectively
• Solid understanding of Corporate Law.
