Treasury Management Specialist

We are seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be part of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) department, providing assistance with various functions related to ACH processing. This is a long-term contract position that promises to be both challenging and rewarding, offering the chance to work remotely in a thriving industry.

• Assist with the processing of inbound and outbound files, ensuring all established Federal Reserve deadlines are met.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ACH processing and NACHA rules to effectively perform research functions.
• Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving ACH research issues through phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and perform regular updates in the PEP+ system.
• Carry out Quality Review on completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external customers, managing changing priorities with ease.
• Utilize various banking software and accounting systems to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate the ability to increase personal productivity levels to meet department processing deadlines.M
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Banking software
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal
• Knowledge of Concur software
• Ability to perform Data Processing
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations
• Knowledge of Banking Operation procedures
• Familiarity with Capital Management strategies
• Experience in handling Cash Activity.
