RF Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced RF Production Supervisor to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. This role is key in overseeing the production of RF (Radio Frequency) components and ensuring that all processes meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in RF or electronics manufacturing
- understanding of RF components and production processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using various manufacturing tools and equipment
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and operators in the production of RF components
- Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure schedules are met
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and customer specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real-time to minimize downtime
- Maintain and improve production processes to increase efficiency and output
- Train and develop team members on RF assembly techniques, safety practices, and equipment use
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other departments to meet production goals
