Perform processing and administrative duties and ensure that proper procedures are applied consistently throughout the flow of transactions from time of approval through hand off to Booking. Contribute to a positive work environment and strong vendor, broker, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Prepare and send documents to Borrowers, Vendor and Brokers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review broker documentation as needed.
  • Present documentation to the Borrower, Vendor or Broker to ensure all needed information is received and create a productive working relationship.
  • Quality control check of signed documentation in accordance with company policies and credit requirements.
  • Generate purchase orders and send them to the Vendor, confirm delivery dates, learn, and work with vendor equipment sales cycles.
  • Communicate with Borrowers to verify equipment has been delivered and installed as well as review billing, insurance, and loan information.
  • Prepare and submit transactions to the Booking Team for Funding
Pipeline Management
  • Ensure the status of each application is up to date, from docs out to funding.
  • Maintain turnaround times with regards to Borrower, Vendor and Broker follow up in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and concise notes to communicate with other departments.

Essential Functions:

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer terminal with repetitive motion. Physical requirements of this position are considered sedentary work involving preparing documentation, preparing, and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and resolving inquiries.

Some amount of mobility to access files, attend meetings, both on and off site, and perform property inspections is necessary. The employee is expected to converse with internal and external customers and exchange information.

Knowledge - Skills & Abilities:

  • Effective communicator (both oral and written) with attention to details.
  • Self-Starter who is solution orientated.
  • Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Use of T-value or Financial Calculator (preferred)
  • Preferred Education - Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 3+ years’ experience in Leasing or Financial Operations.
