• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transfer funds between accounts
• Troubleshoot mobile banking problems
• Assist with member loan applications
• Balance cash and checks daily
• Cross sell banking services to customers and sell money morders
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service both on the phone and in person
