Responsibilities:
Part-time Work schedule is 3 days a week, M-W-F 8am-5pm preferred but can be flexible
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support and assistant to Assistant Manager and General Manager as directed.
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk in traffic.
- Assist with work orders, data entry, document filing and records retention.
- Assist residents with keys, fobs, general information, New Owner registration and orientation.
- Assist with move in/out processing and coordination.
- Cross-train on administrative functions and overall HOA policies and procedures.
- Contractor/vendor sign-in/check-in and key release when authorized.
- Visually scan units for deficiencies, water intrusion or damages and document findings.
- Assist with any special events, holiday decorations, as assigned.
- Coordinate meetings and use of rooms. Assist with furniture/equipment as needed for meetings.
- Assist with resident communications/notifications.
- Maintain and post calendar of activities, reservations, and events on Mirasol website, Ciranet and bulletin boards.
- Assist with the monthly newsletter and act as liaison for marketing outreach with the Town of Celebration.
- Update brochures, notices for local parks specials, local events and deals.
- Organize library, books. Work with Celebration library to assist with special orders for Mirasol book club or owners.
- Maintain lobby, business center and social rooms orderly and clean.
- Maintain the amenity refreshment machine stocked and clean.
- Order and stock any needed supplies (coffee, office supplies, etc.).
- Working knowledge to assist owners with Mirasol and Ciranet sites.
Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Skills:
Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Knowledge and ability to write and format basic letters to assist office staff.
Computer/Internet skills.

Multi-tasking - Ability to handle multiple tasks/situations at one time.
Pay and Benefits:
$19.00 hour
