DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates Acme machine
- Interchanges cutting tools within the Acme machine
- Monitors and maintains fluid levels within Acme machine
- Cleans Acme machine before and after use as needed
- Operates crane for Acme setup
- Produces parts to Dimensional Control Plan (DCP)
- Follows all necessary work instructions and procedures as laid out by companys QMS (ISO)
- Reports quality updates to supervisor daily
- Follows all established work instructions and standard operating procedures, including the setup
- Follows all internal, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experience 3-5 years manufacturing experience with Acme
- Computer Skills - Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, utilize in-house ERP system
