Robert Half is looking for a talented, accurate Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant to fill a permanent position within an innovative company. The Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant will benefit and payroll related duties as support to the client.
The Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant will be responsible for the daily administration of the company’s health and welfare plans, including the medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, non-work related disability, 401k, FSA and COBRA benefit plans.

This is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity in the Philadelphia area, at a company where effort is rewarded.

What you get to do every day:

  • Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs.
  • Ensures that records, files and electronic tracking systems are maintained accurately to ensure compliance according to company and regulator policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs, develop training tools and facilitates training for systems.
  • Coordinates the enrollment of team members in various company benefits.

The ideal Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree.

Other requirements for the Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Assistant position include and are not limited to:

  • 1+ years payroll or benefits management experience
  • Computer skills required using database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Must be experienced with employee benefits, including health insurance, 401K, disability, FMLA, COBRA, FSA and other work related benefits.
