Sr. Program Manager, People & Culture Projects

Overview:

As our Senior Program Manager for People and Culture, you will lead strategic projects for People and Culture. You will manage the project portfolio for the department, ensuring that strategic programs are implemented. You will report to our Senior Director, HR Ops, Analytics and Enablement.

This role can be remote within the United States.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, People Partners and teams to identify main priorities inspire value. You will understand project management methodologies and HR best practices to ensure portfolio success. In addition to project management, you will develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a successful adoption of P&C programs.

You will lead a project management and change management community of practice and coach others in these methodologies. Finally, you will be involved in the planning and coordination of all people-related M&A integration efforts, including onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, and cultural integration.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in human resources, project management, or change management, with a focus on managing complex, enterprise-level projects
  • Experience with HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
  • 4 + years of Project Management experience. Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Experience managing HR technology implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience

Pay Range Details

The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $105,900-$169,500 Washington $$105,900-187,200 California $105,900-$205,000 NYC $128,200-205,000

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee's role.
