A fast-growing, confidential company is seeking a highly organized Documentation Specialist to manage various documentation processes for clients in a specialized industry. The role involves overseeing the preparation and submission of paperwork, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and submit documentation related to registrations, licenses, and other required filings.
  • Assist with applications for licensing, permits, and annual renewals.
  • Coordinate the closing process by managing paperwork and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, guiding them through the documentation process.
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple locations to ensure timely and efficient handling of all requests.
