Description:An opportunity is available for a compassionate LPN to work in the rehabilitation unit, providing support to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. This role includes assisting with patient mobility, monitoring progress, providing medication, and ensuring that rehabilitation goals are met.
The LPN will play a key role in assisting the nursing team in executing treatment plans.
Mandatory Skills:
- Active LPN license
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or physical therapy settings
- Familiarity with pain management and wound care
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team
Total pay: $62,000 - $76,000 per year
