Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day tasks will focus on processing and inputting financial data from various departments, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations:
- Managing tasks from a queue and cross-functional team members, this position will be inputting and processing contracts and advisory fees into the database.
- Complete data entry relating to financial transactions, commissions, and fees.
- Review and reconcile advisory fee processing within Excel and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Set up advisor financial plans and handle billing based on the outlined contract details.
- Create and maintaining client accounts.
- Generate and reconcile financial reports for monthly close and quarterly reporting.
- Manage fee entries within AR and AP.

Skills & Qualifications:
We are seeking someone eager to build a career in finance, accounting, or operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excel skills to pull information from the database and reconcile the information.
- A background in accounting or bookkeeping (either through education or experience), with an enthusiasm for numbers and attention to detail.
- A problem-solver mindset, comfortable with troubleshooting and looking critically at systems and processes to find potential issues.
- QuickBooks experience (preferred but not required).
- A team player attitude, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
