Help Desk Analyst I

This includes tasks such as software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and resolving support tickets. This is a long-term contract role where you will be working with a team of professionals in the education industry.

• Travel between five different buildings providing technical support as needed.
• Assist faculty and staff with various technical issues such as connecting to printers.
• Install necessary software onto Chromebooks before dispatching to students.
• Resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide hardware troubleshooting assistance as required.
• Utilize Active Directory for various tasks such as user management.
• Maintain a calm and patient demeanor when assisting faculty, staff, and students.
• Contribute knowledge and solutions to the team to resolve higher-level issues.
• Work closely with a team of four individuals to ensure smooth operations.
• Support a community of 11,000 users including faculty and students, ensuring their technical needs are met. • Proficiency in Hardware Troubleshooting, including the ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues effectively.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Interpersonal Communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in handling Support Tickets, including prioritizing, tracking, and managing tickets to resolution.
