Responsibilities:

• Complete warranty repairs and various small projects
• Assist with diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions for completing repair work
• Work on other crews (Concrete, Building, Carpentry) as needed when service order work is not needed
• Manage organization of jobsite, subcontractors, equipment and paperwork
• Lead other crew members as needed
• Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ownership mentality with detailed workmanship
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience that demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Read and understand blueprints
• Willingness to travel - typically within the state of WI
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (50lbs ground to shoulder, 80lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools
• Multi-task and meet deadlines
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Comfortable with heights
• Valid driver's license
