Overview:
The Quality Leader will oversee the activities of the Quality Assurance / Control department and staff, development, implementation, and maintenance of a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or services that meet or exceed Beontag's Customer expectations.

- Understand Customer's needs and requirements to develop effective Quality control processes.
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Ensure continued registration, compliance with current ISO Quality standards, provide relevant information and attendance to satisfy External Auditors and others.
- Plan and conduct regular Internal Quality Audits of the Quality Management System and generate audit reports for submission to management.
- Maintain, improve and update Quality Management System tools provided to record, monitor and assess issues relating to Quality, and provide training in correct use of these tools.
- Review Quality Management System procedures, create KPIs and training requirements making sure that they are kept up-to-date and relevant with ISO norms and standards.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education:
A minimum of a four-year (or equivalent) degree in Engineering, Quality or equivalent Education from an accredited university is required.
Experience:
- At least 3 (three) years in Quality management is required.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of the current revision of ISO 9001. (Understanding of ISO14001, 27001 and 45001 are an advantage).
- Extensive experience working with Customer / client contacts regarding Quality topics
- (e.g., Customer Claim handling).
- Experience in various problem-solving methodologies and tools.
- Strong computer skills include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial while performing the duties of this job. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk and must occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
