Salary: 175k-190k + bonus + excellent benefits

About the Company: As a well-established investment entity, this firm boasts a substantial portfolio, managing assets worth more than $10 billion. Its client base is diverse and global, catering to endowments, foundations, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the administrator’s monthly/quarterly deliverables including NAV packages.
• Overseeing the issuance of monthly/quarterly capital statements to investors.
• Managing the annual audit process and compliance related filings.
• Overseeing the approval and allocation of expenses across multiple products.
• Managing separately managed accounts, ensuring compliance with the investment management agreements.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in public accounting, fund admin, or other asset management roles.
• Strong technical skills with a deep knowledge of partnership accounting.
• Comfortability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Active or inactive CPA is preferred, but not a requirement.
