Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, for various positions across the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, identifying opportunities to improve the hiring process.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, offer acceptance rates) and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market and attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, Greenhouse).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in [specific industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, finance].
  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience using data and analytics to track and improve recruitment processes.
