• Lead and work with crew members setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs
• Work with project team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations on job sites
• Train and mentor crew members on proper concrete flatwork techniques
• Track and report progress of concrete flatwork projects through daily reports
• Operate hand and power tools, skid loaders, forklifts and other small construction equipment
• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

• Proven experience as a Concrete Flatwork Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork techniques and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel - usually within the state of WI
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level)
• Proficiency in using hand/power tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must obtain Class A CDL within 60 days
