A leader in providing high and ultra-high purity gas delivery systems, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Installer to join their team based in Malvern, PA.
This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to travel to join a team dedicated to installing high and ultra-high purity gas delivery systems. Field assignments involve installing precision gas piping in diverse environments, including research labs, cleanrooms, and manufacturing facilities.When not in the field, the installer works at the production facility in Malvern, PA, assisting with equipment manufacturing and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel weekly for regional assignments (Monday through Friday), with one annual trip potentially requiring multiple weeks away from home.
- Configure equipment and piping layouts in collaboration with project supervisors.
- Procure and prepare materials for project needs.
- Perform orbital welding on stainless steel gas tubing and assemble piping and equipment supports.
- Install gas lines and systems in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools safely for equipment installation and repair.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and adhere to client-specific security requirements.
- Complete daily reports documenting field assignments and project progress.
