About this Position / Responsibilities:
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supporting enterprise-grade routers and switches in a large data center environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of OSPF and BGP are essential for this position.
- Demonstrating expertise in supporting and configuring the following technologies: BGP, OSPF, STP in NXOS and IOSXE platforms.
- Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting large data center networks.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus switches (9K, 7K, etc) and Cisco Catalyst switches and routers XVLAN, Wireless and AWS networking is a plus.
Qualifications:
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
- Assist the networking team with daily operations and ongoing projects, including troubleshooting routing and switching issues, developing new designs, managing maintenance windows, and handling any other tasks as required.
- Extensive expertise in BGP and OSPF, traffic engineering, route optimization, and failover scenarios.
- CCNP Required; CCIE Preferred.
