Leading New Orleans non-profit seeking a part-time in-office administrative assistant for work 20 hours weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This professional will assist in weekly meetings, coordinating conference rooms and events, order and stock all office supplies, receive/sort/distribute mail, greet/escort visitors and vendors, email correspondence/announcements to staff, deliver optimal customer service and support office staff as needed.

The hours would be 6 hours on Tuesday /Thursday and 8am to 5pm Wednesday with hourly pay of $20. This client requires clean criminal background and immediate availability. The position could last up to one year.
