Job Description- Oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Lead site logistics, manpower planning, and subcontractor coordination.
- Implement the Client's innovative safety and Plan + Control methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing large-scale commercial or data center projects.
- Background in general contracting
- Experience managing $250M+ projects with complex MEP systems.
